Outdoor Fitness Classes

$85 per month

Outdoor Fitness Classes include:

  • Weekly full-body workouts

  • Two 1-hour sessions per week

  • In-person/outdoor

  • Small groups - 8 people or less

Customized At-Home Programming

$125 per month or $318.75 for three months (save 15%)

  • Free initial Zoom consult to discuss goals, challenges, and daily routine

  • Programming begins with a one time in person assessment - $95

  • Add one in person training each month for discounted rate of $70

Customized At-Home Programming includes:

  • Customized program tailored to your specific needs

  • Online coaching via TrueCoach app

  • Regular check-in meetings

  • On-going communication and support

  • Add the additional monthly in person training to learn how to properly execute new exercises in your workouts, get real time feedback on your training, keep your goals front and center, and it will help to stay accountable and motivated!

Personal Training

The power of a 1-1 connection with a certified personal trainer can be life-changing. It certainly was for me and that’s why I’m here. Building trusted partnerships with others who want to take charge of their health and fitness is one of my greatest honors. My own experience with a personal trainer was so powerful that it inspired me to dedicate my life to health and wellness. I’m excited to share my passion with you to help you achieve your fitness goals.

As your personal trainer, I can help you:

  • Plan a customized program so that you can achieve your goals

  • Keep you on track and motivated

Private Personal Training

$95 per one hour session

  • Personal training can take place at either my home gym, or location of your choice

Discounts on multi session packages!

  • 4 personal training sessions for $360 (save 5%) (must be used within 3 months from date of purchase).

  • 6 sessions for $520 (save 9%)

  • 8 sessions for $665 (save 12%)

  • 12 sessions for $975 (save 15%)

Add in customized At-Home programming to supplement your private training for $125 per month.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Want to train with a friend or partner? All the benefits of private personal training, but with someone to help motivate you!

$125 per one hour session

  • 4 semi-private training sessions for $480 (save 4%)

  • 6 sessions for $690 (save 8%)

  • 8 sessions for $880 (save 12%)

  • 12 sessions for $1275 (save 15%)

Add in customized At-Home programming to supplement your private training for $125 per person per month.

Corporate Group Classes

Want to make working at your company even sweeter? Offer your employees weekly one hour group sessions at the location of your choice.

$510 per month or $127.50 per hour long session
